These terms are a placeholder for our pre-launch beta. A full terms of service will replace this before general availability.

The service

SoldScript is a content generation tool for licensed real estate professionals in the United States and Canada. We help you create video scripts and social media captions using AI. The final decision about what to publish is always yours; you are responsible for your own content.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. If you spot unauthorized use, email support@soldscript.com immediately.

Acceptable use

No using SoldScript to generate misleading, fabricated, or defamatory content.
No reselling generated content as your own product.
No automated scraping of our outputs beyond normal use.
No violating MLS rules, broker agreements, or local real estate advertising regulations.

Subscriptions + billing

Plans are month-to-month or annual. Cancel any time from the billing portal; your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are considered case by case.

Disclaimers

Market statistics shown in generated scripts come from public data sources (Redfin, FRED, Bank of Canada, Statistics Canada). We do our best to present them accurately but cannot guarantee completeness. Verify critical numbers before publishing.
