Privacy Policy

SoldScript (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch product in private beta. This page is a placeholder outlining our intent until a full privacy policy is published before general availability.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash, plan tier, subscription status. Provided by you, stored in Supabase.
• Content data: topics you submit, scripts we generate for you, and your configured market areas. Stored on Supabase and retained while your account is active.
• Waitlist data: email, optional city, optional role. Stored until we open your market, then deleted within 90 days of account creation or your request.
• Operational logs: API usage, error traces (via Sentry), rate-limit counters (via Upstash). Retained 30 days.

Who we share with

Only the processors we need to run the product: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and auth), Anthropic via Vercel AI Gateway (content generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting), Sentry (error tracking). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@soldscript.com. Canadian users have PIPEDA rights; US users have the same plus any applicable state rights.
